Hi Tony, love the forum.
this morning I was in line to purchase a hot beverage. The store had a "give a penny, take a penny" tray
the a-hole in front of me bought a 1 dollar bag of cookies. do you know what he did Tony? he presented a washington and took 6 pennies!
I just about punched him in the face on behalf of the kentucky revenue cabinet.
what is the rule on the tray tony? I dont want to just stroll around dispensing justice without cause.

Did this guy look like he was truly coin broke or just to lazy to reach down and find the proper change to complete his purchase?

he was wearing a mock turtleneck and talking on the phone using that d**n earbud contraption. I am not saying he was loaded, but he did look like a guy who had the funds.
i hate to judge on looks, but i'd say he was just lazy. i didnt get a chance to get an ID on the type of car.
all i can say for sure is this guy didnt know how close he came to a karate chop to the neck.

Next time you need to let old mocky know why the take a penny cup is there. These are legitimate receptacles created by the fine folks at RJ Reynolds and Budweiser. They are made for the common hard working man, who doesn't have a few copper abe nuggets to buy his gold rush bubblegum or circus peanuts. If you're too lazy to reach down in your chinos and grab the proper change then I feel like a whirlwind is coming. Coming to take you down sporto.
