A quick update for anyone who'd like to know all the current goings-on at the WSF Compound.
Currently we're finalizing plans for our first major short film and preparing to move into open casting. Keep that in mind if you have any talented 8-12 year old actors in the fold.
We also hope to shoot a very short piece in early August for the Danville Lawn Chair Film Festival. Our only goal: pure nuttiness.
Also, there will be some Walk Softly flavor in Todd, Allen, and West Johnson's "Nightmare Off Broadway" at West T. Hill Community Theater in Danville this year. And they were nice enough to ask me to join in on the fun. Those guys have some fun stuff planned for October 29th and 30th, so save one of those dates!
We're staying busy and ramping up the production around here. This isn't even taking into account more possible screenings of Cannonball and the effort to find new distribution possibilities. Don't forget, for now the movie is available for order on our website. www.walksoftlyfilms.com
